What is a very good and cheap cover-up and makeup remover?
I want to buy a good liquid cover-up that will not clog pores as much as the others. But I don’t know which ones!
And also, I wanna buy a very good makeup remover, that will remove waterproof eyeliner. Because it seems that whenever I buy makeup remover, it never removes my eyeliner!
I don’t want to spend much money, and I want to buy some at like Target or something.

For foundation that is cheap and amazing go with Rimmel Lasting Finish. This is my fave foundation and the cheapest too which is obviously a great combo, LOL! I love it because it`s light weight, blendable, gives great coverage, looks freshly applied all day, and doesn`t transfer on to clothes. This looks so natural you can`t even tell you are wearing it which is the point of foundation. It evens out the skin tone beautifully and gives off a medium coverage, without feeling like a heavy mask on your face. The price is around six to seven dollars depending on where you go and I highly recommend it to you! I have tried other foundations in the past that had really fake colors and too liquidy formulas which I all hated. This is just perfect. For the makeup remover go with Pond`s cold cream. You can literally buy this anywhere and alot of people use it and like it! Hope I helped!
